The Fallbrook Union High School District is located in northern San Diego County, California, just a few miles southwest from the Riverside County line and about 15 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Encompassing an area of 130 square miles, the district's schools are situated in the rural community of Fallbrook as well as a satellite location in Pala.

FUHSD operates one comprehensive high school, one independent study high school, one continuation high school, and a satellite campus on the Pala Indian Reservation. The district serves about 3000 students residing in the communities of Fallbrook, Bonsall, Oceanside, Vista, Rainbow, Pauma Valley, and Pala.
